A local graduate from University of Waterloo, started AEC Safety Solutions upon graduation in 1996. With an early focus on Ergonomics, the company slowly transitioned to expand into construction health and safety to meet the growing demands from the Ministry of Labour. Tyler leads the company with his solid work ethic, knowledge of the construction industry, hands-on approach to problem solving, and emphasis on building relationships with clients. With a dedicated client base, the company has grown significantly, primarily by referrals and word of mouth. Tyler is a reliable, honest, and approachable professional, employer, and person. Aside from his thriving business, he is a great friend, son, brother, husband, and father to four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching minor hockey, and supporting his children in all their endeavours. He is an avid sports fan; and enjoys playing both hockey and golf.

A local graduate from Conestoga College, Tina has been developing and managing safe work cultures since 2009. She is a motivated individual that has a passion for safety. Currently, a Senior Safety Consultant at AEC Safety Solutions, Tina desires to influence the construction industry positively. She has over 10 years of Occupational Health and Safety field experience in Construction (Residential/Commercial) and Manufacturing Operations (Aerospace/Nuclear/Oil/Gas). Recently certified as a COR auditor.
David House
Safety Consultant
David is a hard-working individual who has a passion in safety. A graduate from Fanshaw College in Occupational Health and Safety with over 30 years of experience in both industrial and construction safety. David has received his National Construction Safety Designation and is a COR internal auditor. David is a training inspector for Working at Heights, Forklift, Ariel Platform and Respiratory Fit Testing. In his free time, he enjoys playing the acoustic guitar and singing. He is a certified diver who likes to explore the world under water. David is a huge Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan! Go Leafs Go!
Kelly Clark

Kelly is a recent graduate from the Occupational Health and Safety Program at Conestoga College. She strongly believes that with proper education, training and awareness; health and safety cultures can be strengthened. She has experience in construction, health sciences and sanitization. Kelly is a busy mom to 3 beautiful children. When off the job site, she keeps busy with her children’s sports and quality family time.
Dana Munroe

Dana is a graduate from the University of Guelph with a bachelors of Science and the University of New Brunswick where she obtained her Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. She has experience in construction, manufacturing, live performance and industrial health and safety. Dana’s approach is to improve safety culture and to emphasize proactive safety. She enjoys woodworking and various hobbies creating things. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, boating, hiking and dirtbiking.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside and camping.

He is a competent, eager, and hard-working person with a passion for health promotion and safe workplaces. Hayden likes to spend time with friends and family, and enjoys watching and participating in sports such as hockey, golf, and football.
Alex Johnston

Alex graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Kinesiology degree, and from there obtained her registration through the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Alex’s clinical experience working with patients involved in workplace accidents inspired her to continue her education and enter the field of health and safety. She has recently completed her Occupational Health & Safety Management certificate through Mohawk College, and is excited to begin her new career with AEC Safety Solutions. In her spare time, she enjoys completing home DIY projects, running, and spending time with her friends and family.
