A local graduate from University of Waterloo, started AEC Safety Solutions upon graduation in 1996. With an early focus on Ergonomics, the company slowly transitioned to expand into construction health and safety to meet the growing demands from the Ministry of Labour. Tyler leads the company with his solid work ethic, knowledge of the construction industry, hands-on approach to problem solving, and emphasis on building relationships with clients. With a dedicated client base, the company has grown significantly, primarily by referrals and word of mouth. Tyler is a reliable, honest, and approachable professional, employer, and person. Aside from his thriving business, he is a great friend, son, brother, husband, and father to four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching minor hockey, and supporting his children in all their endeavours. He is an avid sports fan; and enjoys playing both hockey and golf.

Tina Landry

Senior Health & Safety Advisor

A local graduate from Conestoga College, Tina has been developing and managing safe work cultures since 2009. She is a motivated individual that has a passion for safety. Currently, a Senior Safety Consultant at AEC Safety Solutions, Tina desires to influence the construction industry positively. She has over 10 years of Occupational Health and Safety field experience in Construction (Residential/Commercial) and Manufacturing Operations (Aerospace/Nuclear/Oil/Gas). Recently certified as a COR auditor.

David House

Senior Health & Safety Advisor/Trainer

David is a hard-working individual who has a passion in safety. A graduate from Fanshaw College in Occupational Health and Safety with over 30 years of experience in both industrial and construction safety.  David has received his National Construction Safety Designation and is a COR internal auditor. David is a training inspector for Working at Heights, Forklift, Ariel Platform and Respiratory Fit Testing. In his free time, he enjoys playing the acoustic guitar and singing. He is a certified diver who likes to explore the world under water. David is a huge Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan! Go Leafs Go!

Kelly Clark

Health & Safety Advisor

Kelly is a Conestoga College graduate of Occupational Health & Safety.  She has experience in Construction and Industrial workplace settings, with a background education in Sports Science, Recreation and Sanitation. She strongly believes that with proper education, training and awareness, health and safety cultures can be strengthened. Outside of work Kelly is busy with her 3 kids, enjoying the outdoors. 

Dana Munroe

Senior Health & Safety Advisor

Dana is a graduate from the University of Guelph with a bachelors of Science and the University of New Brunswick where she obtained her Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. She has experience in construction, manufacturing, live performance and industrial health and safety. Dana’s approach is to improve safety culture and to emphasize proactive safety. She enjoys woodworking and various hobbies creating things. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, boating, hiking and dirtbiking.

Hayden Scott

Health & Safety Advisor

Hayden is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in the Honours Specialization Health Studies Program. He is currently working towards an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate through Fanshawe College. He is a competent, eager, and hard-working person with a passion for health promotion and safe workplaces. Hayden enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with participating in a variety of sports such as hockey, golf and softball. He especially enjoys cheering on his beloved Detroit Lions!

Dragana Jovic

Health and Safety Advisor

Dragana is a highly skilled professional with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Public Health and Biotechnology, complemented by over five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Throughout her career, she has played an instrumental role in advancing safety and environmental initiatives, contributing to a wide range of projects that include developing training programs, conducting comprehensive audits, and creating detailed environmental and safety protocols.

As a certified COR auditor and ISO 45001 auditor, Dragana has a proven track record of guiding organizations through the certification process, helping them achieve and maintain the highest standards in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices. Her expertise in identifying risks and implementing sustainable solutions has made her a trusted advisor for clients seeking to enhance their EHS performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Alex Johnston

WSIB Health & Safety Excellence Program Manager

Alex graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Kinesiology degree, and from there obtained her registration through the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Alex’s clinical experience working with patients involved in workplace accidents inspired her to continue her education and obtain her Occupational Health & Safety Management certificate through Mohawk College. In her spare time, Alex enjoys home DIY projects, thrift shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.

Cindy Knight

Office Administrator

Cindy has over 20 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience working in a variety of industries.  She is highly motivated to provide her team and our clients the support they need to meet their Health & Safety requirements.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and being in the outdoors.
